Good, he was very rude and condescending to players especially during the PSN situation. He has had a history of negative comments and lying about certain things, I also remember that he nuked a HD1 discord he ran when HD2 was preparing to launch because "I ran it so I can do what I want".

He can stay gone. In the end he changed his stance and supported us. But only after rubbed his nose in it like some people do to dogs that aren't house broken. We shouldn't have had to go that extreme to get him on the right side of the fight. Too little, too late. There is no customer service excuse for the way he treated the community the first couple of days of this fiasco. I hope he takes the lessons learned from this experience with him to his next customer service gig.

Might have blown up in their faces, but I have some respect for a company rep talking like a real person instead of a bunch of canned replies. The only problem is... you have to set a standard of behavior if you're the one banning people for theirs.
