Electrical Conduit

Electrical Conduit, Provides 95% resistance to arc damage. This is all well and good but I see people run it... without anyone on the team using arc... so that makes me ask what if like Fortified, and Engineer Kit, and Servo Assisted it had another perk?

Any ideas or do you think it's fine as is? Ever since the Arc Thrower was reworked I do not see anyone use this AT ALL.

The arc resistance armor is pointless unless someone is using the arc thrower or the tesla tower.

It's a bad buff because it can be completely circumvented by having teammates that...don't shoot you... hm.

The only usecase I could figure was if it made you immune so you could do weirds stuff like camping your own tesla to extend the range or whatever.
Considering even if you sport the armor you still get munched for a third or more of your health it makes no sense.

It only figures nobody uses it, it serves no purpose.
Even if I wanna use it to save myself from friendly fire, then Democracy Protects is once again the better option (as it is over anything really).
