Sony is attempting to extort customers.
So you read about it and you don't get it? What is there not to get? Sony had Valve sell the game in Territories that have no PSN. Arrowhead had to disable the PSN sign up due to the backbone issues that still exist in the game, to lighten the load of the server, because of their unexpected success..
Sony decided it was time to turn it back on, thus threatening to shut off 170+ countries from the game, where it was previously sold.
Arrowhead negotiated with Sony, suggested that Refund requests and review bomb would help their negotiation to keep it optional...
People Refunded and Review Bombed...
Sony reverted the decision.
