I would say to everyone else, change your review. As for Steam, undo the the block to 177 countries, and remove the requirement towards having a PSN account.
I know this will take time, but the sooner, the better that all of this can be undone.
Step 2. Add Bank Card to PSN Account to buy some silly cosmetic
Step 3. Forget about your Sony PSN account as you move on to another game
Step 4. Live your best life for 18 months
Step 5. Try to use your Bank Card at Taco Bell and get declined
Step 6. Call your bank and discover that your identity and bank info was stolen from PSN (their 6th data breech event) and all your money was withdrawn along with several new loans taken out in your name
Step 7. Call Sony and get a recorded message pointing to Section 5 of the License Agreement you were forced to click Accept in order to play the game.
For Reference here is the PSN License Agreement
5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

etc etc etc
Edit - Sony refuses to allow PSN accounts in many countries because the laws of those countries would force Sony to pay for the damage their negligence of data causes .. and Sony has decided they can't afford to pay .. because they keep getting hacked and letting the bank information from MILLIONS of people get stolen ,, over and over.
Step 3 is a stupid move...
And btw, this could happen at anything else than PSN. I had issues with my card after the bank's data was leaked due to human error.
Sony is a special type of reckless and incompetent company. While its true many companies have limited data breeches .. Sony's are so bad they actually don't allow their products in countries that would force them to pay people for damages due to negligence .. because Sony collects too much data and keeps getting hacked.
