Careful who you hire (community manager edition)

I wonder how much damage could have been avoided if there would have been a competent community manager team. Maybe, just maybe they would also have seen the storm coming and fought against it internally.

Looks like its not enough to be a reddit mod to be hired as a CM.

he told someone "i thought you were leaving" when that person told him that it wasnt too late to revert this or something like that, i mean the psn account so community manager replied like that, mocking the customer.

They would be better off letting someones dog be the CM, it at least wouldnt attack the playerbase.

One of their community managers deleted their X accounts and went into hiding, should be fired on the spot, just like spitz for the way he talked to his customers. Useless people being hired to do jobs they can't handle. As long as they are "diverse and inclusive", that's all that counts. Smh..
