Besides in most normal situations a person who just bought the game and started it up for first time would have seen the PSN linking thing. And if they didn't like that, then they would have simply refunded right there and then, well within the refund period.
Problem here is this was disabled after like the first day. So people who did end up buying it after that first day, never saw this or even knew PSN would ever be a thing. So it coming months later came as a huge surprise for them. And at that point their refund period would be over.
But it does seem Valve is honoring refund on it if you try it more than one time to avoid the automated bot rejection.
I'll wait and see myself and see how Arrowhead ends up dealing with this cluster ♥♥♥♥.
I already do have a PSN account that i ended up making to help my nephew setup his Soystation 5. So the whole thing is more about the principle of it for me.
A simple option to opt out of PSN and crossplay would have avoided this entire ♥♥♥♥ storm..
I'm curious how you were able to pull this off with your head so far up your own ass.
Your analogy is off the mark. This is the equivalent of buying a game that doesn't require a VR headset and then, months later, requiring a VR headset and not allowing you to play without one.
I swear, some people act so smug while they juggle the handful of active brain cells they have left.
I recommend people watch the video instead of taking this clown's word for it.
He too says:
"WHY do I have to creat account?"
"even if they (Sony) tell you they don't sell your data ... they will do ANYWAY"
"99% of the times they change the tearms of service afterwards it is NOT for our benefit as costumers"
And much much more AGAINST Sonys behavior. And for this negative player agree with him.
Not for what you Bongog chary picked.
By german law this is illegal!
Exactly. He specifically said to buy older games OR buy games that don't have a messed up TOS attached. He agrees with the community for the entire video.
Watch the video, he comes to the same conclusion as the community.
That a games listed requirements to to be able to play are 100% accurate and, if something below those requirements somehow can play the developers will make sure to make it impossible to play
OR
The a games listed requirements are not always accurate, and whether or not you can play a game depends on whether or not you can play a game?
There is a 2 hour refund policy so that we can test if we can play the game. I heard that a PSN account was not actually needed. I REASONABLY assumed the listed requirement was just due to copy-pasting something from the console version of the game since the game worked fine by pressing the skip button.
Why is there the ability to skip in the first place?
I strongly recommend you watching it again!
You're trolling right? I hope you are. If not, oh man, i'm so sorry. Bless your heart, we all struggle with some things i suppose.
