Time to Boycott Sony

It is very obvious to me that the real reasons Sony wishes for this change is so they can buffer their quarterly numbers in regard to gained PSN users to present this information to their shareholders as a "big win!" when in reality everyone forced to make this signup will never actually spend money on the PSN ecosystem.

Their veiling reasoning for the need to ban players is laughable considering Valve holds a much higher standard to banning than Sony ever has. This reasoning is just a smoke and dagger explanation to conceal their true intention to buff the PSN user numbers

Arrowhead is ultimately in a very hard spot here as they legally through their contracts with Sony probably have no real say over this unless they want to lawyer up and fight it (Which I think they should but it would be a bloody and expensive battle they would most likely lose)

Being angry at Arrowhead is not going to solve the issue in the slightest., If you want to make a serious change here then you need to hit them where it hurts. Their wallets.

Instead of going to Reddit or wherever you go to post to express your anger about this issue I would encourage you to instead take that time and energy and make a post on the internet supporting a total boycott of Sony Entertainment and their products.

Their games, movies, sound systems, TV's... all of it.

We can all change our reviews on steam to negative but Sony will just laugh at that right to the bank. But if Twitter, Reddit, Facebook & all the other major media sources have a high level of content surrounding a boycott of all Sony Products that will make them rethink their position.

Now they are back peddling and saying they dont agree with sony on this. Because it blew up on them. All after they took sonys money and agreed to it. To top it all off they are trying to fully push the blame on sony over this. I hope arrowhead goes under for how shady they have been on all this.

Okay, but what are people going to play/watch/listen to instead? A lot of boycotts fail because people don't ever bother looking for alternatives. So, what games should people be playing if not Sony games? What devices should they be buying if not Sony devices? What movies should they be watching if not Sony movies? Etc.

You need to answer these questions if you want to hurt these companies.
