Arrowhead agreed to it in the first place. Arrowhead chose to disable it 30 minutes after launch. Arrowhead chose not to add any sort of notification or warning in-game that skipping was temporary. Arrowhead chose not to make any sort of official notice when they disabled PSN linking after launch.

Because arrowhead as much as they say this isnt their fault it is. They were oddly quite when they were getting that sweet sweet sony money. But now its time to pony up on their end of the bargain for selling their soul. Instead of going with it the devs are crying about how its not their fault and they shouldnt be accountable. This is gonna be a PR and Legal nightmare for all involved. Valve is letting it happen, Arrowhead for not telling Sony no and not being transparent or including it in the TOS agreement and Sony for pushing Arrowhead to do it.

Getting my refund even if I have to report all three for fraud. And gonna eat my popcorn as I see a class action lawsuit spring up if this isn't reversed. Some people out there with money are talking to lawyers right now and I can't wait.

Don't worry, this is gonna get reversed before the deadline. Unless they want to go to court with multiple countries and several class action lawsuits.

Regardless, report Valve, AH and Sony to the Federal Trade Commission, or whatever your countries consumer rights agency is.

Also take the opportunity to block all the toxic defenders for the anti-consumer policy change, your online multiplayer experiences will dramatically improve.
