Imagine using ur time like this
Told everyone interested in the game to ignore it and never buy anything from soyny or hollowhead.
Not sure how or why they apparently can't access player ID's, but sounds like their system is quite an mess.
Exactly. They called it a “grace period” hoping that people won’t blame them. They never even gave anyone a heads up or a “reminder” or anything in advance. It was optional and then suddenly they said the grace period (which they only knew about and which they decided it would be 3 months after launch so refunds are impossible) is going to be over soon and we won’t be able to continue playing without linking a PSN account. Arrowhead are as much to blame if not even more than Sony.
This is even more proof that they weren’t being truthful when they said it was Sony’s decision and they can’t do anything about it. Lol.
Also if you’re wondering why your support tickets are not being handled now you know why. Imagine that big of a game with that many players and they made millions and their support team still only has 4 people.
Exactly. And everyone going along with the CEO being a powerless victim of the situation should read this a couple times over. He knew and he brushed the issue aside for months, selling the game to non-PSN countries and didn't warn users concerned about the abysmal PSN safety record. Now he forces us to swallow the mess he made.
