It's not review bombing when it's justified. When all this change will do is make the game worse for everyone by making people literally unable to play the game they bought and it also prevents people to play with their friends which impacts the fun for those people then a ton of negative reviews are more than justified.

If having a PSN account was an issue people would have paid attention to the big orange box that warns you that there are conditions beyond your steam account that are required to use the game.
