It is NOT Sony's fault, it is YOUR individual countries fault for not allowing YOU to play games.

None of you know how to protest correctly. You are fighting Sony on STEAM forums...

Do something actually useful and go protest YOUR government officials to allow you to play games.

SONY will gladly take your money if it weren't for YOUR government oppressing YOU.

Go on the Helldivers subreddit and look for about five seconds in the "Hot" tab. There's several posts about people being unable to make an account because of their location in Singapore, Philippians, and even a Chinese dude who used a VPN to try and make one only to result in his instant ban.

Yet, not a single one of them provide actual proof of their claims. Very similar to what you guys are doing here.

You can create an account in the Philippines without a VPN. This is Common knowledge.

As I mentioned before, the burden of proof lies on the people who are falsely claiming that you cannot create an account from these countries.

WRONG, I have friends in two countries who cannot make a PSN account unless they LIE and go against PSN TOS. Screw Sony. I am sticking with my friends, game uninstalled and won't play anymore until this changes.

PSN is available in 69 countries around the world. right now there are (roughly) 190 independent countries in the world. The whole of Africa (except for SA; thanks to u/ItzOnza), Egypt and even european countries like Belarus don't have PSN. The Baltics - states that are part of the european union - are also excluded.

Is there risk sure, but I have been using my HK PSN to buy games for more than a decade despite never been there. The chances that you will get banned is incredibly low. Unless Sony is intentionally trying to kill their platform, you don’t have to worry about it
