PSN accounts can be created anywhere in the world
*Edit
Since new information has arisen, my perspective has changed.

What will happen now is beyond my control.

It is NOT Sony's fault, it is YOUR individual countries fault for not allowing YOU to play games.

None of you know how to protest correctly. You are fighting Sony on STEAM forums...

Do something actually useful and go protest YOUR government officials to allow you to play games.

SONY will gladly take your money if it weren't for YOUR government oppressing YOU.

I have reported everyone that resorted to insults and name calling.

This (lack of) logic is why your argument crumbles every time. You just want to fight and watch things burn instead of understanding how things work.
Says the guy that clearly doesn't understand how things work.

My points don't need strengthening, they're correct. Unlike yours. You should admit you made a mistake and grow from it.

What mistake did I make?
You were wrong.

This is the message I receive from Sony when I try to create a PSN account from the Philippines:

Notification
PlayStation Network is not available in Philippines

Gee. I wonder what you are going to do now? I guess there are no Filipinos on the PSN network right now yes?

I don't know. I'm in the Philippines and I play on PC. I have no idea what Filipinos do if they have a PS. Not really the point tho, is it. Your original post said there are no countries around the world that deny or restrict PS accounts, but that's clearly wrong. Yet you stand on this hill.

Lol, you are spreading misinfo - PSN bans not PSN allowed countries.

I think you are not understanding the information I shared.
I know you are do not understand current situation: any VPN usage are bannable, any fake info is bannable, PSN do not register accounts in banned countries (I've tried several times, spent 15 minutes for that). And I also know you are not understand that is done for trading our PD with third parties. All these recent leakages of PD is cover up for selling operations of PD.

I agree. Hiding behind fake accounts can be seen as an act of cowardice.

it is interesting how the OP can't provide any legal evidence that proves you can legally sign up to get an sony playstation account in every country around the world.

but they will repeatably demand evidence that you can't in doing so trying to dox those that can't legally sign up.

and yet ignores the evidence that publicly shows countries where you can't legally sign up in.

The more I read this thread the more it looks like that the OP only wants to dox those people.

I am currently in a country or territory that is not PSN-enabled. Can I still sign in and link an account?

PSN requires users to register in their country or territory of residence. Individuals who are traveling, working, or studying abroad may create an account in a country or territory different from the one in which they are currently located.

Just claim to be a college student studying abroad or something.

Currently, there are no specific countries that universally prohibit PlayStation Network (PSN) accounts. However, the availability of PSN services may be influenced by local regulations, government restrictions, or decisions made by Sony. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on PSN account access in particular regions, it's advisable to consult directly with Sony or local regulatory authorities.
