I would recommend paying particular attention to the "code of conduct" (Section 5) part.

Just as an example: you can't say bad things about playstation, or you could get banned.

the thing is it won't end with helldivers but All future and past games.. as its something they want to roll out to all games including single player ones

well, given that they lost some 70K PSN subscribers over the Stellar Blade debacle, this might be an attempt to brute force new users to make up for it, so it doesn't look like they're ruining everything they touch, to their shareholders.

Been dropping this in a bunch of threads. It's like people don't get that Sony is holding the game hostage in order to take your data as ransom. They'll do it again if they need to bump their share price in the future but they'll do it for $60 a year.
