I cant make PSN account in my country VietNam

First time i encounter such a problem, i like this game and been playing since day 1 now i will unable to access it in few months? Is there any way?

The only thing you can do is breach Sony's TOS and lie about the country you live in.

Because this breaches their TOS they can at any time terminate the account completely and you will once again lose access to Helldivers 2. Hopefully the backlash will be enough to push Sony back. Especially in cases like yours it really upsets me.

Even in the case of a VPN if any transaction takes place that doesn't use the entered country's native currency it's an instant account termination.
