Arrowhead Community Manager's response on the PSN linking requirement.
The person they replied to wasn't even rude. And they were telling the truth, they will definitely lose players if the decision does not get reversed so why respond that way?

The context is literally there. They said "I'm refunding and leaving" and then that comment you see in the screenshot. Also, a Community Manager should not be behaving that way regardless.

Who said? They have as much right to be salty as anyone else. Folks are spamming them with inane crap. Contrary to popular belief the customer is NOT "always right".

No they haven’t, that person they replied to said nothing wrong and they were civil. And they don’t have the right at all. That’s so unprofessional and they’re harming the company’s image.
