The PSN is not available in the Philippines. Does this mean i'm forever screwed?

you dont even need a vpn to make an account, you can just choose a region nearby when creating the account. Many PH players use a US account (if they have a US playstation) or a closeby Asian country account. None banned

The situation is like this.
From a guide on Phony's own website, posted here in another topic about this poofest.

So these are basically your options. I hope you do have a good consumer protection courts in Philippines.
