Don't use that email for anything else than that PS account.

So when you'll finally get fed-up with the game, you'll be allowed to

• unlink the Steam account from the PS account,
  
• delete your dummy PS account (and give a proper comment to Sony about where they can shove it)
  
• delete the specially made email address

Make it so they can't get any value from you beside the strict minimum while you are playing.
Let Sony feel all your "love" for them.

They are not even hiding their intent.

I've decided I was done with Sony after the Stellar Blade debacle and I can't wait to never have anything to do with them again.

I've already blocked them on Steam.
