Remember the QR code at first launch?

I have pictures from February 2nd 2024 of the TOS and QR code. A PSN account is required and has been from the beginning, also when you first started the game there was a QR code to link the account. So no steam will not refund anyone because we all knew about it.

It was optional until they got the issues fixed. The QR code was there from the very beginning and even a month ago when I bought my daughter a copy. Call it what you want but steam won't refund you.

This, I only let myself buy this game, because my friend convinced me it was "optional" well, now its not. It's a scum bag move by Soyny, but I cant argue it. I will from now on, refuse to buy any game published by these scumbags. They will likely require this trash on all Soyny games, going forward anyway.

Please post the screenshot of the disclaimers on the steamstore page, the in game QR code is irrelevant because it was skipable.

If it was required, why were people allowed to continue playing for months? Using the excuse of, "It was a temporary measure" at this stage is too incredulous. You can just put every rule into your TOS, not follow up on any of them, then claim "we allowed it then because it was a temporary grace" whenever you want by this logic.

At a certain point, the company becomes the one with the bigger fault for not adhering to their own rules.

It used to be in one of the settings sections, but now it's gone. I tried to find it today, but there was no QR code.

Requiring a PS account, but not enforcing that requirement, is dodgy corporate sneakiness. Like a pusher who'll give you your first taste for free, then once you're hooked, the price goes up.

Right, bc you didn't see the QR code at launch and the TOS on the game page? if it's listed then you don't have an argument for a refund.
