If PSN is unavailable in your country, organize
Go to the official Discord, explain the problem to the developers where they will actually pay attention to you. The Devs do not come here, nobody affiliated with the company is here, heck they don't even have volunteer mods here, your protests here won't be seen by the people who matter.
Explain that this problem will make it so you can no longer play the game because you cannot connect to PSN in your country. It would, afterall, be bad business to lock out an entire country of potential customers that you actually want.
Make sure you coordinate your efforts, make an effort to seem sympathetic. The developers do not respond well to hostility, similar to most people.

Yeah Arrowhead sure seem sympathetic, or part of that word

Newsflash; this probably won't do anything. It's not that I don't sympathize, I actually talked about this in my post, but I am 99% sure this is all Sony, whom this will never reach the ears of. Still do it, MAYBE it will give Arrowhead SOMETHING to take to Sony as a reason they shouldn't go through with this, but please, please, please, nobody harass the devs. Get their ear if you can, I am in full support, but I don't think they are to blame. All of this reeks of Sony, not something a company like this would do willingly after such a successful run so far with this game.

I doubt it will make a difference, they have to bend over for Sony unless they break off the Parternship; which would never happen since that's a ♥♥♥♥ load of resources gone.

I hope it changes but as long as the game is available in the major countries(USA, Canada, UK, EU, Korea, Japan etc) I doubt Sony will budge on the decision.

C'mon man "AH wouldn't do that bro" I'm not saying they are supporting it or love it, but they have had knowledge of this whole thing and have not mentioned it at all. "Grace period" has not come up once and the connectivity problems have been fixed for months. AH knew this was coming back and still didn't bring it up until right before it was implemented. They are just as responsible.

If that is the case, and the Devs are made more aware of how much of an issue it is, they may be able to get Valve to weigh in on the matter, and Valve has some impressively deep pockets and a distinct willingness to defend their cut.
Personally, based on what the developers have said in their community posts, I think they are being genuine.
arrow head won't no anything just like before

Not enough drama in this rational, polite thread. I am not sure if you will fit here.

Even if they did, Sony could have easily told them to stfu and would have the legal ability to do so. I never said they didn't have a part in this, I just think people need to calm down with blaming them for this. Yes, they are involved, and they are partially responsible. What I'm trying to say/do is people shouldn't harass them because you know they will because people will see one thing and go off and attack people for ♥♥♥♥ all because of something one person said and Sony will leave them in the dirt to take up the bullets. Most of the attention, what I am saying, should be on Sony, not just Arrowhead. I am saying if you want to reach out to someone, reach out to Sony, they are the ones calling shots in this no question. Even if Arrowhead knew, what could they have done that wouldn't have pissed off Sony and potentially resulted in a lawsuit?

I genuinely don't. But I do see this as enough of a problem to try to get people to organize to protest. Honestly, given the amount of catastrophization on the forum, this very serious concern that will in no uncertain terms harm people is getting buried.
Most of why I frequent the forums is to help people with tech issues and participate in the odd meme thread, but this is a big enough problem for me to be inclined to weigh in.

I hope that the Devs will at least make allowances for countries without PSN service.

Or do the adult thing and contact Sony directly instead of spamming a discord & steam board.

At this time we do not know how much of this is Sony. There is a lot of supposition, and it does fit their tendency to overreach, but we don't actually have much evidence. Sending protests to Sony won't hurt, but letting the developers know that it'll stop you from being able to play is also a fairly adult response (and the kind that is actually valuable in a development cycle).
Creating conspiracy theories on the steam forum? Not an adult response. Spamming their discord? Also not an adult response. Letting them know that you too will be harmed by this decision? Adult response.

Its simple, PSN is Sony and only Sony. If PSN is not supported in a country, you contact Sony. Not a games developer who has zero control over the platform. If people want to actually get some recourse they need to first demand it from the right people.

Contacting Sony might encourage them to expand PSN into your country, eventually, but in terms of going back on requiring an account link to a PSN account in affected countries? That's more on the Developer side.
