Is the ARC-12 Blitzer Affected by Circuit Expansion?

I'm really starting to like this energy weapon after its buff. Does the ship module improve it? As labeled, it impacts the support weapon version and the Tesla Tower, but no confirmation on it affecting the primary weapon version.

No, it only affects the stratagems listed which I believe are the Tesla Tower and Arc Thrower.

no, because the Blitzer doesn't arc.

It's a cone effect that has 3 bolts fired off with every shot.

Arc Thrower and Tesla Tower it's a single bolt that hits a target then that bolt arcs to another.

Or more simply, Ship modules only impact Stratagems period.
