What was your most shameful moment in Helldivers II?

Mine was reaching the extraction point, and being a relatively new player, accidentally triggering the lift-off sequence when my teammates were in a firefight a little to far away.

I genuinely felt bad, especially since my teammates did all of the heavy lifting in the mission. After that, I just had to leave the game, from shame.

Alien would have been a different movie if Ripley took the only escape pod while all of the crew of the Nostromo was still alive.

A couple days back, at extraction, I muffed an Eagle throw that landed way too short whereupon 3 skulls materialized. To my credit, I was at safe range.

We did recover and we won the level.

Shot an Air Burst about 50 meters out.. somehow killed the whole team at the moment of extraction and lost over 50 samples that I was carrying.. It made ZERO sense via the distance that I judged before firing.

I still like the weapon.. but Joel personally F%^^&*.. there's no other way.

Mine was wanting a refund during the previous(and returning) crashing issues.

Gameplay is great, devs are terrible, and no glitch fixes?
I hopped on a sinking ship.

We were at extraction, and a swarm of bugs were coming from 1 direction.

I cant remember what stratagem it was. But, I threw it out, and it landed on a charger? I think, and it carried the stratgem into our group which blew us all up hah.

One of the few times I got kicked from the game.

Friends of mine and I had a 3 man group, we were all around level 30 or so at the time,
I only say this because you'll understand where we were during our progression with bonds.

We decided to make the game into a last man standing pvp match while attempting to complete the mission objectives, it. was. a. 'BLAST'.

Unfortunately a random joined the game and became instantly aware of the situation...
kind of... He did 'try' to put up a fight, but when you lack contact grenades.. well..

We all completed the mission. FOR DEMOCRACY!

While I extracted alone... having been the king of the hill I noticed something... we gained experience.... and our new random 'friend' achieved level 2..

That was some Helldivers first experience with the game.

I can't help but laugh while writing this, but I do have a little shame for that. yep.

So just FYI, this happened to me but with a supply pod which install killed the bug on the landing.

So when bugs are close and if I have a valid choice on the throw, I always try to stick the largest bug.

That's definitely shameful. Should have spent <2hrs in the queue and refunded then.

No glitch fixes? Do you not read the patch notes? They've fixed a bunch of crashes and glitches, including foliage blocking the Sickle, for example.
