the meta is what fits you the best and what can support the group based on the difficulty you are playing on,

currently for dif 7 like to use the
main weapons:

tenderizer (love the buff they gave it)
granade pistol
incendiary impact

stratagems:

recoilless, 500KG, nalpam and rocket sentry (also got a good buff)

I started touching grass after the second warbond so I dont own any of those lmao but i always liked to play some sort of assault rifle but sadly they all sucked, what bout them now?

I remember the 500 being super useless in the most scenarios, especially against titans - any exp on whats currently super good against titans? or a more solo-ish playstyle in general?

It's up in the air at the moment.
Recent changes to strats you used while under-lvl15, suddenly became viable.

Flamerthrower vs bugs suddenly became OP (by default - not buff)
ArcThrowers became less powerful vs bugs because the landscape changed.(not nerfed).
A lot more horde CC situations.. can you adapt?

the new tenderizer is very solid, they buffed the dmg to 95 which is the highest out of all of them and have a nice clean scope

and the 500 is still a very hit and miss and can be easy replaced with the airstrike or maybe even orbital gatling, they game it heavy armor pen

IMO, the best loadout for bugs is as follows:

Slugger - Medium AP, good ammo economy, good range
Grenade Pistol - for closing bug holes
Stun Grenade - self evidently good
Flamethrower - For chargers only. Don't bother shooting it at hordes.
Guard Dog Rover - Assists in killing hordes. Improves your ammo economy and keeps you safe
Orbital Airburst - kills medium targets and delivers its damage quickly and evenly spread across its wide area.
Eagle 500kg Bomb - For killing Bile Titans

There are a lot of good substitutions
For primaries, the punisher, punisher plasma, breaker incendiary, and blitzer are all good. I assume the sickle is still good as well but haven't used it post patch

For your support weapon, the EAT and I assume quasar are still good as well. Against charger behemoths, you need to walk forward while shooting at the front leg and kill it with your primary weapon

Orbital Airburst can be swapped out with Orbital Gatling, Orbital Gas, Eagle Airstrike, Eagle Cluster Bombs, or Eagle Napalm.

Eagle 500kg can be swapped out with Orbital Precision Strike

Only take the stun grenades if you have the grenade pistol . If you take a "normal" grenade, you can take whatever you want for your secondary. For the grenade itself, as long as it can close bug holes it's fine.

For bots, I think it looks more like

Purifier - Handles Devastators, Scout Striders, and Berserkers very well. Excellent ammo economy. Good range.
Grenade Pistol - blowing up anything with a vent or destroying bot fabricators.
Stun Grenade - self evidently good
Anti-Material Rifle - for killing hulks, tanks, turrets, gunships, and factory striders
Eagle Airstrike - AoE option against massed threads, heavily armored targets, or fabricators. Just Incredible versatility.
Orbital Precision Strike - for blowing up fabricators, hulks, tanks, factory striders, and objectives
Orbital Railcannon Strike - for blowing up cannon turrets as well as other threats in a pinch. If you pick a heavy AT option detailed below, swap this out for something else.

Again, a lot of substitutions

Primary weapon options are the Tenderizer, Diligence Counter Sniper, Punisher Plasma, Sickle, Scorcher, and the Defender. Anything other than the purifier and maybe the scorcher *needs* a medium AP support weapon

For your support weapon, the main picks are the Autocannon and the Laser Cannon. Both of these will perform *very* similarly to the AMR and my pick of the AMR is mostly preference. HMG is also supposed to be in this area from what I understand but I haven't tried it personally. If you picked the Purifier, you get a bit more flexibility here and can opt for heavy AT if you want. Spear and Quasar are probably the best picks but you can make Recoilless Rifle and EAT work as well.

Orbital Precision Strike can be swapped for the Eagle 500kg

Orbital Railcannon can be swapped for Orbital Laser or Eagle Rocket Pods. If you took a heavy AT option, it's just a free space.

Grenade Pistol can be swapped out with the Senator. Unlike with bugs, you don't really need a "normal" grenade option to use the stun grenade

Against bugs I would say this:

Breaker Incendiary
Grenade Pistol
Stun Grenade
Any light armour, probably a medic one

500Kg
Eagle Napalm
Flamethrower
Shield backpack (I think Supplies is better, but you asked for a "meta")
Stamina or the new booster

Against bots:

Scorcher (but Dominator and Diligence Countersniper will also rock)
Grenade pistol
Stun grenade
Any armour can work

AMR, AC, Laser Cannon in cold planets ... HMG?
backpack (same like bugs)
Eagle Airstrike
4th, I don't think there is really a clear winner for this.
New booster

with how broken the patrols are, the supply backpack is the way to go, otherwise you will be out of ammo in no time, whatever the main weapon might be.

Bot Strider? Autocannon
Bot Devastator? Autocannon
Bot Dreadnought? Autocannon
Bot Attack Ship? Autocannon
Tank? Autocannon
Bot Fabricator? Autocannon *Bonus if its sitting next to a Jammer*
Bug Holes? Autocannon
Stalker? Autocannon
Hive Guard? Autocannon
Spewer? Autocannon
Charger? Autocannon

Factory Walkers and Hive Titans? That's what Railcannon and 500kg are for.

Edit: Rogue Radar Tower? Autocannon from across the map.
