It's performative outrage. More than likely no ban took place, and if one did occur the "victim" always outs that the reason for the ban was a legitimate violation of the community rules they agreed to in order to be part of the Discord server, much like the "Soyney" person did when they admitted that their "No reason ban" was because they were harassing employees and the mod team.
Watching trolls gnash teeth because they're not allowed to get away with being internet cancer is plenty for me.
And how is talking on a steam forum ain any way relate to idiots who block public roadways? Your jumps in logic are...impressive, if nothing else.
