use your out of game GPU software like nvidia control panel to cap your frames to 70.
Starting with the worst choice of using an AMD CPU or GPU for gaming.
The simple reason is that 90% of (AAA) games have been basecoded for Intel/NV.
You can read a series of games that are causing trouble for AMD (Kingdom Come: Deliverance) and you never can say which Games it hits next.
32GB DDR4 / SSD / RTX 3060+ / 8 cores 4GHz+
Should be a minimum today if you want to compete in newer AAA games (1080p+), especially with online features.
You can try something cheap, change the power supply, I had this problem years ago when the PC suddenly switched off.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, I had just the other point of view in mind, as games are developed primarily to consoles and they're nowadays dominant using custom Amd RDNA2-based silicone, so that in mind, I upgraded my i5 9600k/rtx2080Super to an all-amd system. I wanted an rtx3080, but as they fall short in Vram (only 10gigs in never models and I'm playing at 1440p) and rtx40-series pricing being redicilous as dollar to performance ratio, decided to buy a new Sapphire Radeon 7800xt for just a little more than a used 3080 and for a cpu an r7 5800x. Amd gpus are beasts in rasterization, which is more important overall if you don't mind tuning ray tracing down a bit and Amd gpus tend to age better than nvidia counterparts as far as drivers are conserned. Intel Cpus are providing impressive speeds, but at what power draws?
As to Helldivers 2, it is not considered a AAA-title, and being developed for Sony's Playstation system running Amd hardware.
As for Huthini's problem, I'd try repasting cpu and running with case side cover taken out. But if the shutdown is immediate, it could point to a problem with the psu, as cpu should thermal throttle quite a bit before shutting the system down. Have you added something to your system? On my old setup, I replaced my cpu cooling to liquid AIO and the pump power draw was the thing that put my system down, as my former psu was running on the limit. I then replaced it with a Gold-rated 750W Psu. He/She can also easily upgrade to 5-series Amd cpu using current mobo, such as a 5700x with a solid performance boost vs 3-series Ryzen. A Gtx1060 is the most used Gpu according to steam system charts, and should be OK still for 1080p (I love the Pascal architecture, bought a 1080 back in the day), but easily upgraded at low cost to a say rtx2070 or 2080 for a nice performance boost+DLSS.
In conclusion, here's what I found to be the most helpful:
1. Check Helldivers 2 System Requirements
2. Run Steam Launcher as Administrator
3. Disable Windows Firewall Restrictions
4. Disable the Steam Overlay Feature
5. Free Up Some PC System Resources
6. Update the Helldivers 2 in Steam
7. Update the DirectX and Visual C++
8. Uninstall and Reinstall Helldivers 2
9. Update Windows Operating System

Hope this guide helps!
For me it was a broken DRAM Module.
Try MemTest86'ing your DRAM and see if you get any errors.
And if your CPU overheats you might wanna check your thermal paste.
Wish you luck with fixing your PC.
Edit: the person above me mentioned cooling. Great point. some bios are also configured to auto shutdown at a set temp.
My temps in this game run [CPU|61] [GPU|67]
CPU/GPU is a bit weak but the main problem I see is the 16gb of RAM, high end games like this have needed 16gb minimum for 5-6 years now, problem is games state 16gb as recommended but windows eats about 6-8 gb on its own so you effectively need 24-32 gb to have the overhead to properly play the game. Just Cause 3 was the first to have this issue and that was the fix
I crash every game if some one use it.
Bootlickers these days...
