Can somebody help me farm samples on blitz missions? keep dying at extract and have no friends to play with :(

Play quick matches. Much easier to get samples that way.

everytime i go out of the way for samples in quickplay i either get kicked or never spawned back in so i gave up on it...

First of all farming samples on Blitz is just not the way to do it, second you can easily solo lower levels for green and orange samples. The rare ones you get from diff 7 or higher you can solo those but takes some getting used to.

Also grind for Recon Booster so you can spot points of interest on the map to check for samples / medals / slips / Super credit.
Not having friends is just a personal problem that's why they made it easy to do quickplay, and just look for outposts that contain samples.

Why hunt samples in Blitz it's called Blitz for a reason, you might get lucky finding samples along the way. Just play the 30/40min ones and take the time.


Also the cap on samples is 500 green, 250 orange and i'm still not sure how much pink you can have but i think it's 100 cap.

Blitz missions are crap for samples. Which ones do you need? A lot of stuff can be soloed

blitz missions i just ignore the objective and run around and pick samples up. had pretty good luck since they are so short with getting 15+ samples a run solo not to mention rares and the super uraniums all in less than 15 minutes a run. why take 30/40 minutes when i can get the same amount in a fraction of the time? not running for medals just need the ship upgrades since i have 0. the objective isnt the goal. blitz has the same amount of samples as a 40 min mission but in less than 15.

You do understand that every time you switch from missions and fail objectives you actually lose points in the global setting of the liberation. Also you will miss out on alot of xp and credits als othe medals give you unlocks...

I understand why you want ship upgrades but if you don't get the basics of the game and just want to rush certain upgrades and not even getting full potential out of the matches and finishing missions... i know understand why you struggle with the friends aspect in the game and maybe in general. Also the lack of knowledge that if you finish the missions and side missions you gain alot more than just hop from Blitz to Blitz and only doing samples.

Extermination missions are by far the best for samples time investment wise. You can easily solo them with just a bunch of Eagle Stratagems, especially if you only care for commons (green).

The maps will have 7-15 samples on them, usually bunched fairly tightly together. The mission only takes 2 or 3 minutes to complete.

simce im literally playing solo that .00010% lost is immediately made up by any other players clearing on whatever difficulty. I know full well how the game works and that completing missions unlocks/gives way more stuff. I have everything i currrently want from grinding medals while playing over the weekend and not too concerned about xp at the moment despite being a lower level cause i have fun regardless. this whole post was to see if anybody else was interested in playing the game with me and or grinding out samples cause in the end they are kinda needed. I didnt start to post to have everyone telling me im doing it wrong or that i should focus elsewhere. im playing to have fun and get cool/better stuff and im going to keep playing that way. if the mission fails it fails. if it succeeds it succeeds. either way im having a good time.

Brother, you are literally ending your thread with "I keep dying at the extract...". What do you expect people to assume here? They're trying to get you those samples you seem to be failing to obtain.

I have in fact died at extract roughly 30% of the time, primarily due to chest hemorrhaging (which can be offset by armor i have but dont feel like running). not insulted by any means, If you feel i am or determine i am based on your own thought process thats on you. end of the day the post was made to see if i could get somebody to play with. clearly you dont want to join me and insist on "helping" me despite not actually doing anything aside from bashing the way im going about it cause something else works better for you.

What you should have done was go into the helldivers discord and ask in the LFG (Looking for Game) channel, maybe socialize a bit and just join random games. Also instead of only doing Blitz and no reasonable objective play and side missions might earn you something more than going for samples and dying at extracts.

You started a topic with -.- as the title and some opening with samples/blitz and you thought, maybe people will help me in my endless struggle for playing the game a different way cause i'm to dumb to realize it's not working...
