Fix the bug where you can't sprint or use stratagems

I'm tired of spawning in and needing to restart my game because for whatever reason using stratagems and sprint don't work. can still move around so its not the keyboard

I haven't experienced any bug where strats/sprint aren't working. Check that you don't have the map or chat window active. The biggest improvement I made to key bindings was switching map from a Press to a Hold. Damn, the number of times I got hung up by opening the map and trying to bring up a stratagem...

Same Problem here. Thought it was just a fluke but happened 3 days in a row now

Yeah this bug has been a thing since launch, I tried to reproduce it and find exactly what's causing it but no luck yet, seems kinda random, sometimes it happens mid game, sometimes it happens literally as soon as the mission starts.

Sounds like a hardware issue to me.

Chiming in to say I had the exact same thing happen just now. I tabbed out, opened up Notepad and did a quick type-with-shift and did a Ctrl-S. The keys work perfectly fine. Tabbed back into HD2 and I still can't sprint nor call in strats. Restarting the game now.

Edit: Ok it's now 17 days after I made this comment and I had a new bug where I couldn't throw strats at all. I could call them but then they were just stuck in my hand until I either got knocked down or switched to a weapon.

happened to me swapped to 2 different keyboards. definitely a bug lol.
