cant join anyone, nobody can join me

establishing uplink to host ship... and unable to join game, connection error. cant join friends, cant join any public lobbies on any planet or any sos beacons through quick play, friends cant join me nor do any randos join from my sos beacon so i assume they flat out cant either. ♥♥♥♥ sucks man

So been playing with launch, found out you have to task manager close everything, including steam. Open steam again, should update or load everything right away. THEN relaunch helldivers 2. It's like a 'refresh' because if an update on steam is pending, the servers will not work.

i bought the game yesterday and from the time i downloaded it i cant join any servers. kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for a $40 game

You guys need to make sure all your steam privacy settings are set to public.

I had this issue because my profile was public and everything else was set to friends only. I had to set friends list to be public in order to get social to function after one of their patches broke it.

For me its just random. Some days it works and some days it doesnt. Like yesterday didnt work but today it is. Im guessing its a server volume thing because most of the "fixes" dont work, but when the player pop goes down suddenly i can join and be joined.
