Legit any anticheat out their thats widely used - spyware.
Can't really complain when everything you use is spyware, would get it if your on linux, but luckily the anticheat don't really work on linux. So I can play the game, without this spyware.
It would have been flagged by XYZ(s) number of Anti-virus and Anti-Malware and blacklisted for the past almost 20 years by now.

Spyware / malware doesn't have to be malicious to be that thing. Nor does it have to be picked up by anti malware.
A rootkit is quite literally malware, and all anti cheats are spyware.
The cold war was never ends..
All my personal info has probably been sold multiple times.
And my life is like the average citizen, so nothing to gain by spying on me ;)
