Will I get compensated for buying "Upgrade to Super Citizen Edition" if I already have the battlepass?

I want to play the minigame but I already bought "Steeled Veterans Premium Warbond" in game.

So If i buy the upgrade will it instead give me more supercredits to compensate?

I don't believe so (but don't actually know since I got the SC edition). The Super Citizen edition didn't give us credits to buy it, we just had it auto-unlocked for us. And it gave us some neat looking armors as well.

So I would say:
A) Buy it to support the devs if you like the studio and just accept the $10? in lost value.
B) Wait a bit and see when the next premium pass drops, perhaps SC edition unlocks one premium pass to encourage people to buy it? Or maybe it just always unlocks the first one. I don't know how this will work until the next content drop hits and we see how it is handled.

The minigame is fun, but not worth the edition just for that, imo.

why? the pack isn't JUST the warbond. it's a collection of things + the warbond as a bonus. they don't need to comp because you shouldn't be buying the bundle for JUST the warbond

It's more advantageous to buy the super citizen edition before buying the premium warbond. Sure it isn't the only thing included and the other items are worthwhile, but it doesn't change the fact you virtually 'lose' credits for buying the warbond before the edition.

Yep. I got the warbond in-game with earned credits.

I would never buy super citizen now after learning I wouldn't be reimbursed for those credits.

It would mean I wasted my first 1000 credits on nothing.

Same here. I'm holding back from purchasing the SC upgrade exactly for that same reason.

@Devs, please fix the deal so it gives 1000 credits instead of the warbound many people already unlocked either by farming in game or spending real money.

I'll gladly give an extra £15 if I get more credits instead of unlocking what's been unlocked already. And I'm clearly not the only one. That's a lose-lose situation right now.

Apparently if you contact their support about the problem, you can get the Super Credits reimbursed.

Send a support ticket to Arrowhead games and explain the situation and include your proof of purchase for the upgrade and premium pass and they will likely refund you the credits lost. They've done exactly thatt for many helldivers recently.
