Fact is Steam removed regional pricing. The reason why is in the article i linked. Don't expect regional pricing.

Spend the 40 seconds it would take to verify it yourself, or choose to only trust the things you already know to be true and move on with your life.
You ignorant fool... What Steam removed was regional currency, not regional pricing.
Steam didnt remove regional pricing you idiot. They removed currency support for the Peso and the Lira. Regional pricing is still a thing. Literally just look up any game on SteamDB and you will see that the prices vary according to their region.

In Eu the average wage is about 4000 Euro or more, where as in Philippines its 300-400 euro a month, so yes regional pricing should always be a thing.
Rermember the publisher sets the prices, so all the big and evil companies like this one of course don't care about regional pricing. Their morale compasses are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up i'd be surprised if they found their way home.
Steam is cheaper for me than all those scam sites, 30 euro here in the Philippines, you're gonna pay more than that after they charge you with all the hidden fees at the checkout.
