Low PFS need help

I have problems with FPS
My computer
Cpu R5 5600G
Nvidia 3060ti
SSD 1T
Win11
16GB RAM
I bought in last year new PC

When I play helldiver2
On ship FPS50
On planet FPS40
So lag
I thought it should be around FPS 90-100.

No matter how I change the performance of graphic or texture, 2k to 720p, the FPS always stay in 40-50

When the game running
CPU nealy 90% 4.2GHz
GPU 80%

I searched lots of website about FPS issues, none of one can fix it.

Can you help me to solve it

That is very strange but here's a few things you can try.

First, go to the display settings and make sure "Supersampling" isn't turned on. For some reason, this was on by default for me. Set it to native or lower. That'll help drastically.

Also check the video settings and make sure your 3060ti is selected and not the 5600G's iGPU.

If your performance issues are still bad, you could change the Render Scaling option instead, however, you shouldn't have to with that rig. There's something else I can recommend: Visit
https://www.makeuseof.com/hardware-accelerated-gpu-scheduling-disable-windows/ and follow along with the W11 instructions to turn off Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling from within Windows. It'll require a restart. See if that helps.

Where is super sampling? I don't see it under display or graphics

This is by far the worst optimized game I own

I wish I could fix its unacceptable for me...

It's under Render Scale in the "Display." tab. There's 8 settings.

Ultra Performance (0.25x downscale)
Performance (0.33x downscale)
Balanced (0.50x downscale)
Quality (0.66x downscale)
Ultra Quality (0.75x downscale)
Native (1:1 of your monitor's resolution, or 1x)
Supersampling (either 1.25x or 1.5x upscaling)
Ultra Supersampling (either 1.5x or 2.0x upscaling)

Nothing in that video will change the fact that the game is overly heavy on the cpu. Theres no good reason it should be pushing my cpu at 90 to 100 percent usage (5800x) The only time other games do that is during loading. Fairly sure the devs are aware of the heaviness on the cpu side and are looking into it.

Also having the same problem I was told to validate my files which I did but didn't really help and I auto lower my setting to not get these problem.
