Multi-mission operations leavers

Every time I play an operation with multiple missions in it - people leave after 1st mission, leaving me to do the second mission solo. It's doable, but game isn't really designed well for solo. Some tasks can't even be completed solo. I always queue next map immediately after returning to the ship so it can't be about people being impatient.

Is it because people don't want to play multiple missions even if they get more rewards for the later ones? Should rewards for full-clear be increased or should rewards for partial operation be lowered?

Or do people simply not understand the mechanic, thinking 'well, mission done, time to return and queue up for next random one!'.

Personally, I stick around as long as possible, but sometimes I've just had to bail because of real life. Sucks when it happens, though.

I truly think people don't understand.

One thing this game does a bad job with is actually explaining the game mechanics lol.

It seems to be word of mouth. The tutorial is not really that helpful lol.

Usually I stay, but there could be a multitude of reason, they had to go, the don't care, game crashed, or they just didn't like the crew they were with(sorry if rude just a possibility).

dont blame each and every one of them, they might disconnect. it happens me a lot for ex. if connection lets me, then i try to help them get 1 difficulty unlocked.

A lot of people don't realize the benefit of sticking for the whole Operation as the game only ever tells you what you were told in the Training guide of the game. Nothing about completing multiple Missions to earn a significant payout each time. I personally stay if I feel like the Operation is doable (Meaning dying here and there but progressing well enough comfortably despite some struggles here and there). Though I avoid Automatons while the Defense Major Order is up since that's been a plague and unnecessarily difficult mess to do.

I don't always have 1.5-2 hours to sit and do a three-part operation. Often I will only stick around for one.

I dont think people are leaving your match as much as you think they are. I for example get booted back too my ship CONSTANTLY even when playing in all friends lobby's. Its super frustrating seeing "Server connection timeout" in about 70% of my matches. Especially when were just about to extract and I lose all the progress of that match.

It's even in the "known issues" for the last several patches on their official discord. I hope they address this problem soon cuz it's really starting to tick me off.

or maybe people have lives outside of the game and can't stay for 2 hour sessions all the time lol
