The testosterone thing is hormones, not hormone blockers. Kids aren't taking full HRT, just the blockers and even then in rare cases. Hormones (not blockers) of course can cause long term effects, although most are reversible within the first year, which is why they aren't prescribed to kids.

Those defects are temporary and go away once they stop taking the medication (and resume puberty) or when they're adults and they take actual hormones (start a different puberty).
