Only able to choose 3 strats
Is there a reason why sometimes im only able to choose 3 instead of 4

It's a mission modifier you can sometimes get on higher difficulties

Shouldnt it affect the whole team then? I swear i have seen people with 4 while i can only pick 3

If you get a bad one like that, the whole team has it, but some may have the free EMS barrage that we got as a bonus.

Nah it should affect the whole team. If it's just you then that's some weird bug. What difficulty were you playing on?

Nah it should affect the whole team. If it's just you then that's some weird bug. What difficulty were you playing on?

Well that's when the condition will start appearing... maybe it's what kalenath said, and you mistook the EMS strike as a teamate's 4th strategem?
