Theirs still aliasing at 4k. This mod helps to remove some without introducing excessive blur & motion smear like the games TAA does
Good anti aliasing is very necessary to make the game look clean on 4K. In most games TAA (if it's implemented well), MSAA 4x, DLAA or DLSS will do the job just fine. All other options are trash.
