Improved Anti-Aliasing Tweak
Mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/helldivers2/mods/7

The mod aims to improve the AA in the game since the vanilla one is pretty blurry & muddled

is the anticheat fine with reshade ? i wouldn't want to risk any issue.
i couldn't see any official stance from Arrowhead on this yet.

You're playing in 4k and using AA....

ReShade is whitelisted.

Theirs still aliasing at 4k. This mod helps to remove some without introducing excessive blur & motion smear like the games TAA does

Yes, crappy AA. If you actually play on 4K you know that good anti aliasing is necessary. If that weren't to be the case, why not try to play without any AA and see how crappy it looks...

What nonsense upscaling trickery are you using? I use a 55" 4k 120hz OLED and I sit about 2 meters away. No, you do NOT need AA at that distance. A monitor sitting close, maybe.

Dude, what? I use a LG GN27950. So basically a 4K, 144HZ, 27 Inch screen and turning anti aliasing off in any game makes the game look like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. You must be blind to not see that (that = all the sharp aliased edges).

Good anti aliasing is very necessary to make the game look clean on 4K. In most games TAA (if it's implemented well), MSAA 4x, DLAA or DLSS will do the job just fine. All other options are trash.

Yeah so you sit super close to your display. If you read my comment I said that use case may make sense. At 2+ meters on a 55" display, you absolutely don't. I've done this to death and past a certain distance you're just not going to see it

Bro I barely hit the screen when stretching out my arm. Just admit you're 40 years old and your eyes are starting to wear out.

Most people sit at their desks, which means 1 to 1 and a half arms length away from their screen. Why are you acting like it's rare?

Eh, most of the PC friends I have often have a gaming PC in the living room. I sit at a desk all day. Much rather enjoy the couch
