Anyone having problems with the elgato stream deck ?

so when i launch the game the stream deck just does not do anything for some unknown reason, if i alt + tab out the game the stream deck works fine.
anyone know if there is a fix for it ?

everything ive read up says run the streamdeck as an administrator but i havent seemed to get it to work, following for help

set it all up and it still dont register the imputs from my streamdeck iv done everything i can find to fix and no luck and iv tryed to fina anyone willing to help and still no luck
