And if I remember correctly, if an invasion force gets to Super Earth there are special missions for that. And if we lose THAT, we suck as a collective group and should be ashamed of ourselves.
Otherwise the campaign resets to all the factions being on the fringes of space.

It would be amusing in the case Super Earth gets conquered. Then in the next cycle a small splinter faction forms and results in counter helldrops.
Imagine on a bug hunt and all the sudden hostile helldivers drop in, super destroyers fighting in space...
(At least that's what happened in HD1.)
