Exactly, it make it pointless to play those high difficulties when u have unlock most of the gear. Other than increase multiplier for exp and reward there’s no point playing it.
To balance it out, failing missions on higher difficulties should have a worse penalty, actually resulting in helping the enemies win.

Honestly, I haven't even been paying attention to the liberation. I've just been grinding for medals to unlock new ways to show off my patriotism.
Unfortunately yes it not like that right now..so other than rewards multiplier for exp and cash there’s no point doing it for liberation rate..
Would be great if dev adjust the percentage gained when attempting these missions. Or even give a penalty for failing them.
