stuck at 30fps

i have a 1080ti and i7-9700KF 3.60. i played 2 days ago and the fps was fine like 90fps. now i cant get over 30 fps. does anyone know what could be wrong ?

Restart your computer.

Serious. My game randomly dropped from 80fps to 15 for no reason. Upon restart, back to normal

probably caused by windows updates

Since the new update i dropped on fps idk why, i was aroudn 60 fps and now i cant even reach 50

yeah new update broke some stuff for the game. i find if i play too long without restarting it runs worse and worse and bugs out
