i ask this, because it perfectly encompasses the situation with people being annoyed they cant play, and blaming the devs for "scamming", like yeah you paid for it, but the original game was nowhere near as sucessfull

People sued and won because they spilled their own coffee on themselves. Its not only a line to get on. Once you get on, you're lucky to find other people to play with. This always online Multiplayer game has very little of that. Could probably sue McDonalds for something if you bought a vegiburger and it ended up having meat.

yeah but in this case, its because theres too many customers, not because the devs are purposely doing it, like alot of people are making it out to be

It's like going into a dollar scoop and getting your favorite food only to get home and eat it, bugs flying out of the rice and the noodles are cold but too moist. Not what you ordered in the past.
You end up in the emergency room fighting for your life for hours on end, waiting for the doctors to come and tell you what's wrong. It could be from the food poisoning or something else, but no one has a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue.
Your life hangs in the balance while all you can think of is getting done with this so that you can just go back to the happier times of when this ♥♥♥♥ didn't happen and eating wasn't going to take your personal hours away from you.

the devs purposely coded the game to not handle more than 450k players. it is their fault
