Nvidia flat out releases the same card every year.

The 1080 is comparable to the 3060, which according to the steam survey last year is the most used GPU on steam..

Yeah I skipped it myself. I have a 10, 20 and 40 series card lol.
1080ti , 2080ti(used to have a 2070super too) and now a 4070ti.

I updated to the latest graphics driver and it was causing this to happen along with UI flicker, I reverted back to 537.58 the last stable driver Nvidia has released.
Oh and I am on a gtx 1080 as well.

yeah that card is a beast. i upgraded my PC recently but it served me good for nearly 10 years.

Man 1080 is still a beast even for today, my friend has it, and we're both playing HD2, he said he played mostly on mixed medium-high setting with a stable 50-60 fps without upscaling tech.

Its great to see other 1080 users, honestly its always been reliable and since turning off the "Global illumination" i havent seen that glitch happening again so far. Democracy demands more drops!!
