Is the Rapid Launch System ship module upgrade bugged?
When I saw it on the list I thought "hell yeah, no deployment time? That sounds awesome." But after unlocking it I don't really notice a difference. They still take a solid 5-6 seconds, heaven forbid I'm on a planet with doubled strategem deployment time. That was 90% of the reason I focused on getting this upgrade first.

is it just bugged, poorly worded, or am I missing something?

I'm pretty sure it's bugged. When I go to the stratagem list, it shows the call-in time as 0 Sec, but my friend who doesn't have the upgrade still shows as 3 Sec.

It still takes at least 4 seconds to drop, and another second or two to deploy.

That's unfortunate. I feel like it'd make a world of difference. Instant minefields would make for a great panic option vs bugs, and the HMG would be actually worth using over the gatling sentry.
