I shouldnt be dipping to 30 fps. Game runs okayish on lower difficulties but anything above hard is almost unplayable

you need a beefy cpu for it
for example my 5600x is way too weak for this game and its overclocked to 4.85ghz and is undervolted
i go from 100 down to 60 and sometimes even below when ♥♥♥♥ really hits the fan on helldive

dx11 is no option for me either, fps increase but at the cost of terrible frametime issues

I have the same, but with a 4080 instead and don't get 30fps. The game runs pretty great for me. There's something wrong with your pc my guy. Either that, or the 4060ti just sucks.

That why i've been confused. i've seen people with worse rigs running upwars of 120fps with zero stutter. No other game i own runs like this.

Custom built 5600x, 4060ti, 32gb @ 3200, nvme drives. XMP , PBO, win 11, Nothing overclocked.

Its maxing my CPU out too at 90 - 100% with the i7-7820x overclocked to 4.3ghz. I can run the game but I do get frame drops. The 3090ti only gets to about 80% usage on max
