Have you ever asked, WHY am I being kicked?

Disclaimer: These are general guidelines to help explain why a host might kick you, If you are tired of being kicked, then host the game yourself. A serious grinder/gamer will likely kick you for one of the below reasons, but that doesn't mean you can't play your own way, just likely not with that host. So again, host your own game.

Are YOU any of these?

1. Sits and fights enemies: (drop-ships or breeches)?
   
2. Doesn't click on the consoles to do objectives when standing right next to them?
   
3. Doesn't have anything to destroy nests on a blitz mission? (Wastes Grenades)
   
4. Doesn't have anything to destroy eggs on a clear eggs mission? (Wastes Grenades, no primary ammo)
   
5. Kills teammates by placing stratagems haphazardly and pointlessly?
   
6. Doesn't know how to dodge a charge?
   
7. Shoots at enemies that aren't aggro'd from distance.
   
8. Brings silly support stratagems to missions that they don't belong in?
   
9. Doesn't collect samples or travel to p.o.i.'s?
   
10. Calls in resupply on themselves nowhere near teammates?
    
11. Places a Turret down and immediately stands in front of it dying to their own turret.
    
12. Level less than 20 joins a 7-9 difficulty mission and does at least 1 of the above, no carries, do your part.
    
13. Random groups just sometimes kick you because they have a buddy, or they are trolling, if you don't like it, host yourself.

This... This is why.

We do tell people in voice or chat to do or not to do certain things when they play with us. Even explain weak spots and strategies. However, 90% of those people don't listen, and continue to do one of the listed items, which then usually warrants the kick after the game.

When they do silly things like drop a stratagem on the group, bring mortars to a mission that requires traveling ~4km, etc, they get instant kicked. We are sweaty, 98% completion rate, no I don't care what your opinion is on us being elitist (we play to be efficient and effective), you play how you want to in your own game.

This is why the vast majority of you get kicked from games similar to ours (with 2-3 in group).

Last time I was kicked it was after hoofing it halfway across the map to recover two dropped sample cases with like 12 samples and complete artillery secondary objective by myself, then making it into extraction with under 10 seconds left.

No friendly fire, second highest kills.

I think some people think you need to be in fart sniffing range at all times and can't handle splitting off.

I usually gives randoms 1 game and kick in the ship, unless they are doing something above excessively then they GET da boot in game.

Sounds like you need to chill. It's a game not a job, you aren't being paid to win at this, and it doesn't have negative effects on your life should someone mess up or screw around. Personally as long as there is no constant TKing, or griefing then I don't kick. Mistakes happen, newer players happen, ♥♥♥♥ happens. It's not a ♥♥♥♥, don't take it so hard.
