Why the hell does alt tabbing crash my game?

The game is in pre-alpha give it time they'll come up with the beta eventually

We need to know the hardware, and even then you could have a faulty component that would require further troubleshooting

My bro have been playing this game fine on windows 10 and using alt+tab. We both upgraded to windows 11 yesterday and since we can not alt+tab in the game without it semi-crashing. We have also been playing in borderless.

We both are on high end pcs with pretty much identical builds besides the ram he has is slightly faster.

haven't had it crash when alt+tabbing before, but have had it crash when pressing win key

What DOESN'T crash the game? Quitting the game for the first time reminded me... after many years... that bluescreen is still a thing.
