I've been playing for about 10hrs now and have yet to be kicked or team killed on purpose. If its happening to you, its probably cuz you're terrible at the game.

I usually kick people with low levels on the harder difficulties instantly

i will kick people for using mortair turrets on bug missions and deploying them at the wrong place and time (if more then 2 teamkills happen with the mortair)

i will kick people for dropping really stupid stratagems (one time a guy dropped a 380mm on the escort mission on the really small map because there were 5 bots next to me, witch killed both of us, 5 civilians plus both my turrets)

i will kick people for stealing my support weapons and not giving them back

i will kick people for team killing a bit too much

i will kick people for not playing with the rest of the team and just walking off somewhere else

sometimes i will kick people for being mouth breathers with open mic

But then you see these people on the discussions calling for everyone to sign their petition to remove the kick option from the host beause they " got kicked 10 times in a row at the extraction for no reason "

9 out of 10 times you get kicked because you did something

edit: i want to clarify that i always warn people in chat about what they are doing before kicking them (unless its the low level thing wich i kick before they even spawn in)

But my point is, unless you got kicked at extract by a troll, you probably did something the host didnt like and didnt realise it (maybe even calling the extract too soon), because most people wont give you warnings

The one lone time I got kicked, I'd just finished picking up abandoned samples and clearing the entire left half of the map by myself including 2 of the main objectives. A teammate had found their way back over and got trapped by 3 breeches. Through liberal use of aerial munitions, I stomped those bugs out, then pulled his bleeding stimless ass back over to the other side of the map where his stuff was while the host and his friend bucked off to do nothing between two points of interest.

Then he kicked me.

I had 100% of the samples, 0% of the deaths and 100% of the objectives and side objectives up to that point. They couldn't even accidentally capture a POI.

Terrible people do not deserve to play this game. In fact they should be forced to refund the game and get black listed from ever buying a multiplayer only game again.

There needs to be a disclaimer about this on the store page.

I've gotten kicked after the mission was completed, and I'd done half the objectives alone. Maybe they wanted me to stand on the hill with them, and fight every patrol in a 5 mile radius, but mission takes priority.

Usually it is clearing 5/5 secondary objectives
Clearing 3/3 small 2/2 medium and 1/1 heavy factory / nest locations
Visiting all of the POI on the map to collect all of the bonus metals, requisition and super credits.
Picking up every last green (common), orange (rare) and purple (super) sample I can find




The one run I had ~20 green, ~20 orange and 5/5 of the purple samples.
They kicked me after they (the other 3) got on the drop ship.

1. I am level 50.
2. I already unlocked all of the upgrades.
3. I am capped on samples already
4. they were 17 - 23 in level

Pretty sure they were the ones that got trolled.
