Before i had it, people were like "this totally let's you avoid slowdown from the shrubs" but when i enter shrubs i am slowed.
So... eh. Don't really understand what this one does and didn't notice it doing anything the few times i used it. Maybe it lets me climb rocks quicker, but i am rarely playing mountain goat.
So on Snow planets it's rather helpful.
"On second thought, I'm going back to the radar booster*
Oh my god the amount of times I have 17-20+ stims used on a team with the runner up on stim town is like, seven.
So the issue with vitality is that the enemies are overturned, and our armor is broken. Not the booster itself. Can't enjoy an injury reduction if you are dead most times you would take an injury! (now watch faux hardcore games cry that the real problem is you don't get injured enough)
Fortified is explosive resistance (And crouch recoil control buff). Closest thing to a HP buff armor is the one with a 50% chance to not die and no bleeding out from chest wounds.
extra padding SEEMS to be "more armor stat than usual" but armor itself is broken sooooo...
thank you, I think I have 2 armors with that buff, I will give them a try.
