Why Direct X 12...?
So I'm out of the loop, if DX11 is running better for most people... What if any reason is there to use DX12? Visually it seems no different.

DX12 are far better in terms of optimization, CPU and GPU usage, while DX11 uses more resources for some elaboration stuff....

Also DX11 are less stable in terms of FPS generation, while DX12 are far more stable (you can see the graph for the framegeneration jump all over the place with DX11 and a far more smooth and linear graph with the DX12)

Yea DX11 is a night & day difference in performance before I was struggling to stay over 60fps and needed upscaling now I'm not using upscaling and have graphic setting up more and I'm around the 80s.

Any performance loss from using DX12 over DX11 is likely just due to some misuse of DX12's features behind the scenes. Just an optimization problem. DX12 should objectively help a game in running better. Otherwise it's placebo.

Direct X has nothing to do with how things will appear on your screen that you have to worry about as the end user. It's strictly about better performance.

People should be demanding more support for Vulkan. ♥♥♥♥ MS and Windows dependency.
