Animation glitch

I just got the game and I started the training but whenever I ran or walked for more than a second the animations would stop working and it would just be stuck in the middle of the running animation or walking animation. Any advice on how to fix it?

Also I go slower than I feel like I should be going even while I am running. Running kinda feels like walking.

I have fixed it, for me it was because my fps was super low and I was lagging, so I just lowered the settings

My friend has the same issue and he's in the tutorial and his framerate is bad and animation is the same and the speed as well
