because in the first game most people did so to remove certain weapon and stratagem upgrades by not choosing to upgrade certain parts of them - i bring this part up because it was a legacy feature that is actually sorely missed and needed in this game as well. It even reset their entire record and progress just so they can work on the vanity part of their stats.
